简历:

  付春祥,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2007年获得中科院植物研究所博士学位,2007年至2011年在美国The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation从事能源植物和牧草的遗传改良和分子设计方面的博士后研究。2012年至2013年出任美国The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation植物转基因平台的第一任主管。先后发表SCI文章30多篇,申请专利7项。具有多年的海外科研工作经历和丰富的平台管理经验。留学期间所从事的研究课题先后来自于美国农业部(USDA)、能源部(DOE)、能源部生物能源科学中心(BESC)、美国国家科学基金激励竞争性研究试验计划(NSF-EPSCoR)和美国牧草资源国际公司(Forage Genetics In.)。回国后获得国家自然科学基金面上项目的资助,并组建作物分子育种团队,主要围绕能源与牧草作物(柳枝稷、玉米和苜蓿)的生物量和品质进行遗传改良和分子育种研究。先后建立了高效稳定的柳枝稷、玉米和苜蓿的遗传转化平台,并在柳枝稷中实现了多基因的综合调控。


研究方向:

1)能源植物和重要农业经济作物(包括玉米、柳枝稷、芒草及其他能源草、牧草与草坪草)的遗传改良和分子设计;2)植物酚酸类生物活性物质的代谢工程和开发利用;3)先进生物技术在转基因作物生物安全性中的应用。
